The Aesthetic and Wellness Center uses a non-laser device, The Clareon Pulse Light System from Novalis Medical. This system delivers a series of pulses of light to the skin. Fotofacial treatment can be performed on the face, chest, arms, legs….just about anywhere.

Fotofacial is a non-ablative and non-invasive treatment for rejuvenation of your skin. The pulse light targets and destroys unwanted freckles, sun spots, mottled pigmentation or other excessive discolorations from sun damage. It also smoothens and tightens your skin, reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles, therefore, making your skin look younger.

A series of 3 to 6 treatments may be necessary. It usually takes about 30 minutes depending on the size of the treatment area.

Dr. Mowett will determine the type and number of treatments you will need, depending on your skin type and condition.
